How to make silicone products?

  We heard a lot  about silicon products in our life, like silicon cell phone case, silicon swimming cap, bracelet, silicone mat and so on. But do you know how to make a silicon products? Let's talk about silicon production line now.

  In the production process of silicon products, there're a complete set of production process from product design, research and development, raw material processing, production process and quality inspection. Today we will briefly describe the production process of the silicon products.

 1. Choose raw material: you need to choose silicon material according where it used to, and the quality acquirement, thinking about some requirement like wear resistance, light resistance, heat resistance, cool resistance, acid and alkali resistance to choose which material  is best suitable one.

 2. Refine the raw material: The material we bought is always the raw material that can't  be used for production. We need to add other agent like vulcanizing agents, color paste and then refine it to meet production requirement.

 3. Cutting it: To reduce waste and save cost, it's necessary to cut the material to suitable size with professional cutting machine.

  4. Molding: The most important step. Put the handled material into  the mold, heat press it according the pre-set process parameters to reach the effect we want.

  5. Process and check: Sometimes it get a whole product after finishing molded. So we need to separate it to standard piece, and then remove the extra part.

  6. Finished.

 This is the production line for most of situation. It depends on the specific situation and what product is. The era is improving and the production process is also updating.
