The Precautions Of Silicone Vacuum Machine During Production

As we all know, if we want to make silicone product, it's necessary to have a silicone Vacuum Machine. This machine is used for removing the air agent from liquid silicone after mixing step. The product will be not perfect without this vacuum process. So let's talk about something should be noted during using vacuum machine.

1. Please confirm the power supply voltage used: The vacuum machine of our company adopts three-phase 380V 50Hz AC power supply. Please make sure it matches the local power supply voltage. Please connect the power supply phases or lines in strict accordance with the line head.

2. Do not share a power switch with other high-powered appliances. This will cause unstable voltage to damage the original device or data inside the unit.

3. Do not spill liquid into. the unit. When this happens, turn off the power immediately and then dispose of it.

4. Do not replace the original standard power cord. The power cords used in this unit are all national 3C certified power cords. For your safety and mechanical equipment, please use the original standard power cord.

5. Do not open the chassis or remove the original components of the machine. If you open the chassis, please disconnect the power supply and complete it under the guidance of the professional maintenance engineer authorized by the company or with the professional maintenance engineer. Do not disassemble the original device, otherwise the company No warranty will be given.

6. Check the oil level. The oil level should be at the center of the oil mark, the oil level is too low, and the exhaust valve cannot be sealed to affect the vacuum. If the oil level is too high, it will cause oil injection at start-up. Before the operation, take off the V-belt, turn the motor to the correction, and then start it to avoid oil injection. When operating, the oil level is slightly taller, which is normal. When the oil quantity is insufficient, the No. 1 vacuum pump oil is used, and it is added from the oil hole. The oil needs to be filtered to prevent the inclusion of impurities and block the oil hole.

7. When the ambient temperature is high, the pump temperature rises, the viscosity decreases, and the saturated steam increases, which will cause the ultimate vacuum to drop. The ventilation and heat dissipation should be strengthened. Check if the cooling water is interrupted or overheated.
8. Check the ultimate vacuum of the pump. A compressed mercury vacuum gauge should be used. The vacuum gauge should be connected directly to the pump port. Within 30 minutes of operation, the ultimate vacuum will be reached.
9. Before stopping the pump, close the valve at the suction port, isolate it from the vacuum system, and then stop the pump.
10. Pumps with gas ballast valves open the gas ballast valve if the pumping gas contains more considerable steam.

11. When the temperature in winter drops below 0 degrees, the pump must be drained from work to prevent freezing of the pump body.
