Some people don`t understand how the LSR Silicone Injection Molding Machine works, what its principles are, what its workflow is, and why it is more convenient and faster.
In this issue, Jinyu Machinery has made a simple and intuitive introduction for everyone.

1. Measure the required two component materials, material A and material B, to the injection device through a special conveying system.

2. Enter the quantitative cylinder to control product materials.
3. The material passes through the static mixing device and enters the barrel. To prevent premature curing of the combined LSR material, the barrel is water jacketed and allows for closed-loop thermal regulation.
5. The injection system uses a zero-compression short L/D LSR screw to meter the material through the LSR tip assembly, then through a pneumatic or hydraulically driven, liquid-cooled, pin-type shut-off nozzle during the injection process, and finally through the special LSR nozzle tip and into mold.
6. Open and close the mold in the vertical direction for heating and forming.
