Introduction to the Industry Application Classification of Hydraulic Press

There are many types of hydraulic presses in various structures. The purpose is also different from the structure type of the machine. So today we come to understand the application classification of hydraulic presses.

1. Three-beam and four-column hydraulic press. This is the most common type of structure, especially a structure type commonly used by large free forging hydraulic presses.

2. Integral frame hydraulic press. The main frame is integrally welded or integrally cast, as shown in the following pull-type free forging hydraulic press.

3. Single-arm hydraulic press. This structure is mostly used for stamping hydraulic presses or small correction hydraulic presses. The frame of the single-arm hydraulic press is an integral cast steel structure or a steel plate welded structure. The structure is simple, and the workpiece can be approached from three directions when working, and the operation is simple and convenient. In order to ensure that the frame has sufficient strength and rigidity, sometimes the frame is made relatively cumbersome, but the accuracy of the machine stamping and calibration work is guaranteed, and the processing efficiency is improved at the same time.

4. Three-beam and multi-column combined type. For large-scale die forging hydraulic presses, the large tonnage makes the design of the body structure more complicated. Due to the constraints of manufacturing, installation, and transportation, the split combined structure is often used.

5. Multi-board combined frame type. For large multi-directional die forging hydraulic presses, its large tonnage and higher requirements for press rigidity make the body structure design more complicated.

6. Steel belt winding frame type. The frame of the pre-stressed hydraulic press made of steel belt winding has the characteristics of light structure, small size, good fatigue resistance and low cost.
