The structure of various dripping systems is roughly the same, but the internal dripping principles are different. According to the different dripping equipment, the dripping process can be divided into three types: heated dripping type, pressure dripping type, and hot pressing extrusion dripping type.

①Principle of dripping process: Heating dripping is to heat the thermoplastic copolymer liquid material before dripping, and keep it at a temperature of 60~70℃, so that the plastic material has lower viscosity and better fluidity and leveling. Then use the heat and kinetic energy of the fluid to drip it onto the surface of the printed product.

The heating dripping equipment is composed of a thermoplastic liquid material delivery device, a heating device, and a dripping device.
