From a social point of view, use recyclable environmentally friendly solvents for cleaning. This method is the most popular, environmentally friendly, recyclable, and has a good cleaning effect. However, as a company, due to the high cost and the need for independent systems and equipment to be used, it is often difficult for companies to accept. Therefore, we have counted the specific cleaning methods of dispenser parts as follows:

1. Dispensing needle: The bending or abrasion of the needle and stopper may have an important impact on the quality of the dispensing. If the temperature is high or it is not cleaned for a long time, the patch glue may also be cured or semi-cured on the inner surface of the needle and cause blockage. Check the dispensing needle regularly and clean up if contamination is found. Immersion of the needle in a compatible solvent is a common method, but it is too inefficient to remove all uncured material by immersion alone. You can use a compatible solvent high-pressure spray to blow the glue out of the inner hole of the needle, and then use dry compressed air to blow out the inner hole to dry the needle.

2. Metal template: In order to prevent the detergent from eroding the adhesive of the template and the screen, use the pre-washing process, use a stronger detergent, and manually operate to avoid the contact between the detergent and the adhesive, and then use the ordinary detergent to clean the template.

3. Plastic template: When cleaning the plastic template, electrostatic discharge may occur. Therefore, special anti-static cleaners should be used to avoid this phenomenon. At the same time, do not manually clean with a rag, because the plastic is easily scratched, which may cause printing quality problems for a long time. The cleaning of the dispenser is an important part of the daily maintenance of the dispenser.

4. When the fully-automatic glue dispenser discharges glue, it is necessary to leave ingredients so that the glue in the new hose can flow out of the glue head smoothly. It is recognized that the pressure and speed of the glue valve are set according to the ideal situation. Then measure the flow rate of the colloid until the error of the two consecutive measurements is within plus or minus 2% of the planned range. The rest should be noted. In case of the following situations, it is recommended not to use the roughly pure hose replacement method: The glue in the hose has been used up during the operation of the dispenser. In this case, the dispensing valve is likely to have an atmosphere. The glue in the hose has exceeded its use time. In the above cases, you need to completely clean the rigid dispensing valve or dispensing pump and follow the equipment process.
