How to Maintain the Hot Press?

1. The hydraulic oil should be kept clean, and the oil pool should be covered and sealed. The filter screen of the oil pump suction pipe should be kept intact, and if it is damaged, it should be replaced in time. During maintenance, the sediment in the pool should be removed, the oil should be clarified or filtered before use, and all the emulsion should be replaced. This is also very important for protecting oil pumps and precision valves.

2. Partial wear of the piston is also one of the causes of surface scratches and seal ring wear or squeezing. It is caused by the fact that the thickness of the wet slab is often inconsistent with the left and right sides, and the uneven load is generated when the press is pressurized. The matching accuracy of the piston and the cylinder liner is D (dc4), and too large a gap can also cause eccentric wear.

3. For the oil cylinder that frequently leaks, the piston should be lifted out to check the surface condition, especially the part of the sealing position at the highest pressure, and should be replaced when the damage is serious. If there is eccentric wear, check the matching accuracy of the piston and the cylinder liner, and take measures to prevent eccentric wear in the production process.

4. The upper and lower liners of the hot press plate protect the surface of the hot press plate. The upper liner directly affects the surface quality of the slab, and wood bundles and other dirt are often trapped between the liner and the hot press. The liner should be removed regularly to remove the dirt. The upper liner is generally changed once a week to polish the surface and ensure the quality of the finished board.
