Why Does the Piston Rod of the Electro-hydraulic Push Rod Move Slowly or Not?
2021-11-15
1. Check if there is enough hydraulic oil in the oil tank of the electro-hydraulic push rod Cause analysis: The oil level in the oil cavity is low, and the oil pump sucks in air during the oil suction process. Because air is highly compressible, the system pressure will drop after inhaling air, and the system pressure drop will directly lead to unstable or slow movement of the piston rod. Solution: Fill up the oil or make the electro-hydraulic push rod work at full stroke to exhaust air.
2. Check whether the overflow valve bolt is loose and whether the iron wire passing through it falls off Cause analysis: the overflow bolt is loosened due to vibration, and the pressure adjustment of the overflow valve is too low: the pressure adjustment of the overflow valve is too low, resulting in the system load being too low. Solution: Adjust the system pressure.
3. After eliminating the above reasons, finally confirm the internal leakage of the hydraulic cylinder Cause analysis: If the hydraulic cavity leaks, the viscosity of the hydraulic oil becomes low, which will cause internal leakage in the hydraulic cylinder; wear or loose fitting of the piston rod sealing ring will also cause the hydraulic cavity to leak; internal leakage will cause the piston rod to move slowly;
Solution: Replace the hydraulic oil of the electro-hydraulic push rod or replace the sealing ring.
