Low-quality dispensing valve, leaks, processing accuracy is not high, the valve cannot be closed firmly, it will cause glue drop.
If the valve is used for a long time, or the glue itself is corrosive, it will cause the damage of the seal. In this case, the valve will have a seal when the glue is closed, and the effect of sucking back will be greatly reduced, and the glue will also drop. So when the valve has been used for a long time, there will be glue dripping, first change the seal and try it!
If the glue is very Dilute, you can change to a thicker one with the same glue, and the problem will be solved; if the air pressure is too high, it will also cause glue, try reducing the air pressure; if the dispensing needle is too large, Change to a smaller one
In addition, if the reason is the leakage of the rubber valve, the following methods can be adopted:
The leaking of the rubber valve often occurs after the valve is closed. 95% of this situation is caused by the diameter of the needle being used too small.
A needle that is too small will affect the flow of liquid and cause back pressure, resulting in dripping shortly after the dispensing valve is closed. A needle that is too small will also affect the bubble discharge action when the valve starts to use. Just replace the larger needle to solve this problem. The tapered oblique needle produces the least back pressure and the liquid flow is the smoothest. The air in the liquid will leak after the glue valve is closed. It is best to remove the air in the liquid in advance, or use a glue that is not easy to contain bubbles or centrifuge the glue to degas it before use.
