Silicone Molding Heat Transfer Patch Machine Process

Machine function instruction:

1. Mixer: used to mix silica gel material and color paste;

2. Vacuum Machine: used to remove liquid silica gel bubbles and air;

3. Dispenser: used to fill the mold with silica gel;

4. Vacuum hydraulic press: used for hot pressing to fuse and shape liquid silicone and hot melt glue;

5. Freezing table: used to cool the mold, so that the silica gel can be better demoulded.

Process:

1. mixing liquid silicone,including liquid silicone, curing agent,color,thinner agent.

2. Vacuum the mixture,remove the bubble of the material.

Production:

If you need make the heat transfer labels,you need these:

1. Machinery and equipment;

2. Liquid silicone, curing agent, color paste, thinner, hot melt adhesive film, high-tack paper;

3. Mold: Copper mold sprayed with Teflon, easy to demold; recommended size is 220*280mm.
