How is the Silicone Transfer Stamping on Clothing Made?

The label made by this method is more three-dimensional, has a good hand feeling, various styles, and can be made into multi-colored colors. 1. Raw materials: liquid silica gel, curing agent, thinner, color paste, hot melt adhesive film, high viscosity positioning paper, low viscosity positioning paper.

2. Production line equipment: A. Dispensing Machine: Complete the liquid silicone dispensing process; B. 30-ton vacuum oil press: Silicone vacuum, hot-pressing; C. Freezing table: Rapid cooling of the mold.

3. Production process:

a. Liquid silicone color matching: Weigh the liquid silicone required for each color according to the order quantity, put in the color paste and stir evenly, then take the amount of each color on the day, add 10% curing agent, stir evenly, and then put the thinner (According to different products, no more than 15%) Stir evenly
uniform.

b. Dispensing, with hot melt adhesive film: fix the mold on the work surface of the dispensing machine, program the handle, and pour the liquid silicone into the barrel of the dispensing machine for debugging. After the debugging is OK, dispense glue, and then cover the cut side with hot melt glue on top of the mold.

c. Evacuation, hot-pressing molding: On the 30-ton vacuum hydraulic press, the lower temperature is set between 80°C and 160°C, and the mold with the hot melt adhesive film is placed in the middle of the vacuum hydraulic press. Layer Teflon paper, then start the vacuum hydraulic press, set the vacuuming time to about 6 seconds, and set the hot pressing time to 40s-90s according to the size of the mold. After the hot pressing is completed, the mold is taken out.

d. Cold mold: The temperature of the freezing table is set between -1°C and -10°C, and the excess silicone and hot melt adhesive are torn off, and the low-viscosity positioning paper that has been drawn is attached to it, and the mold is placed on the freezing table for work. Quick cold mold on the countertop.

e. Demoulding: Put the cooled mold on the workbench, gently tear up the low-stick paper by hand, stick the silicone transfer label from the mold to the low-stick paper, and then use the high-stick paper to remove the silicone transfer label. Turn to face up.
