First we need to prepare raw materials, molds and of course PVC Machines.

1. Raw materials: PVC powder (also called PVC paste resin), DOP oil (also called dioctyl resin), stabilizer, color paste, etc. PVC powder is usually 20KG/bag and DOP oil is 200KG/barrel. The proportion of the three: taking PVC powder as an example, PVC powder: DOP oil: stabilizer = 1: 1: 3%.

2. PVC mold: The mold mainly is made of aluminum, different products use different mold, such as PVC trademark mold, PVC sole and shoe upper mold are single-sided molds, and PVC doll molds are double-sided molds. About the mold, you can produce it by CNC machine or mold supplier, and also can send the mold design to us, we can produce for you, the sandblasting machine is for cleaning and fixing the mold when the mold got damage. 

3. Then what machines we need for making pvc patch?

PVC Mixing machine: to mixing the pvc material and color by the mixing machine,

PVC Vacuum Machine: after finished mixing,put the material into the Vacuum Machine for removing the air and bubble.

PVC Dispensing Machine: also called rubber patch machine, for filling the logo of the mold with pvc material, controlled by the teach box and computer, you can control the color by yourself. before filling the logo, it needs draw a file at teach box or computer.

PVC Intelligent Oven:for baking and frying the logo of the mold after finished filling logo,it has two working stations, one for baking the surface logo, one is for baking the basic feeding, it can work together and independently.

Filling machine: the same as dispenging machine, for filling the basic feeding of the mold, similar the dispensing machine. 

Doubel side heat press machine: special for 3D dolls, put two side of mold together, Make the two halves into a whole.
