The correct way to operate the hydraulic machine

1. All molds must be centered when placed in the plate of Hydraulic Machine. Take the mold with gloves to prevent burns.
2. When the test piece is stuck, open the mold and be careful to prevent it from falling.
3. Adjust the pressure gauge according to the size of the mold and the specified unit pressure. Overpressure vulcanization is strictly prohibited.
4. It is strictly forbidden to press the uneven plate in the flat plate.
5. The protective rubber sheet must be placed when cutting the sample with the vulcanized board.
6. If the hydraulic machine is faulty, the power must be cut off before processing.
7. When taking the test piece from the mold, pay attention to the cavity and the surface of the mold surface to protect it from scratches.
8. It is strictly forbidden to take the mold or clean up the debris when the plate of press machine is raised.
9. Do not use the flat press machine beyond the specified temperature.

10. When the hydraulic machine is not in use, cut off the power supply, put down the pressure, and close the oil valve.
