how to do fabric 3D embossing:
1. one fabric 3D embossing machine,
one set of embossing mold(one male one female)
silicone material
printing mesh
fabric
2. turn on the machine, temperature set around 170℃-190℃, heating press time around 8s-12s,
3. mixing the silicone,
fix mold on heating plate by silicone,
4. printing silicone on back side of the fabric
then heating press(before press, silicone no need baking)
5. fabric cooling,
finish.
you can also press foil on the top, or do silicone printing on the top.
