The whole production line to make pvc products

Step 1: Prepare the pvc material, including pvc oil, pvc resin and other agent, and then mix it with mixing machine.

Step 2: Vacuum. in order to remove the air agent from pvc material with PVC Vacuum Machine.

Step 3: Fill the material into the mold according to your design. If there's only 1 color, can fill it by hand, but if there're many colors, do it with Automatic Dispensing Machine is better. firstly fill the face side, dry it and then fill the base side to avoid color mixing.

Step 4: Bake it with Intelligent Pvc Oven. to remove the water agent from pvc material.

Step 5: Fill the base side with feeding machine, fast and efficient.

Step 6: If want to do 3D effect like 3D doll , you need to bake it to half-cooked and the put it into pressing machine, heat press it and then cool pressing it for shape.

Step 7: Finished.
